Revitalization through Innovation Hub: As part of this large-scale revitalization project, we expanded tailor-made work environments for companies from Robert Bosch GmbH, Hella, the state of Berlin, etc., and repositioned the entire location as a campus for innovative technology companies.
As a result, the monument has awakened from its built-in slumber and today offers diversity and inspiring usability.

The New Work City product concept was implemented in the Ullsteinhaus to create a future-oriented working environment in a historic industrial monument. The product methodology was based on placemaking and user experience as well as product and object planning.
