Achieve more in dialogue with partners: From the task of analyzing and evaluating regional structural data, global case studies and benchmarks, a strategically manageable mission statement for urban and economic development was derived.
A White Paper, whose content forms the basis of a regional dialogue platform for cooperative action (public-private), was designed and published.
The strategic narrative contains impulses and ideas that are consolidated in “neoneighborhoods” — mixed-use or commercial districts. Key projects such as “Flughafenbahn”, “Betterverse” and “Schönefeld Incubator” were initiated in public-private dialogue.
