Clever conversion: A solitary building from the 1960s in the trendy Kreuzberg district is being revived. The special features of the everyday existing building are worked out so that the rooms inside are surprising.

The result is an inspiring place to live and work together, including larger events. The control system and the use of shared areas increase user identification.
