Shaping the future in a tangible way: Siemensstadt Square is the built transformation of an industrial location into a hybrid city. By defining the experience and quality of life for this place of innovation, REALACE developed a brand story, positioning and brand strategy.

For the rental and marketing processes running parallel to the planning process, all content and benefits of the development were prepared using an interactive 3D model. With this basis, all communication tools, such as websites, project presentations and teasers, could then be developed. Prospective tenants and other stakeholders can be guided through the project individually and get an authentic impression of subsequent use and living environment.
