Smart Urban Provider

Smart Urban Provider stands for the intelligent and holistic organization of logistics, supply and trade in our cities and communities. Modular concepts strategically link various uses, such as trade, services and infrastructure, in order to establish sustainable and economically viable systems. This approach is based on close cooperation between municipalities and developers, which focuses on the integration of diverse uses. The aim is to create synergies that generate long-term added value for all parties involved. One example of this is the NeoCity project, which promotes sustainable economic cycles through the use of innovative infrastructure.

In the NEOCITY Dahmestadt project, these approaches were successfully tested for the first time as part of proto-master plans and programming. These ensured that the different needs of users are optimally met through flexible and scalable structures.
